About Brad K
I’m a project manager for a web-based technology project. I’m afraid I can’t tell you much more than that about my job. (Corporate secrets, grumble grumble, non-disclosure…)
What I can tell you is this: I’m gonna be my own boss someday. I’m starting a BUSINESS, I’m learning the technology, and I’m plugging along the road to self-employment. What does it take to run a company? What does it take to file your own corporate taxes? What can I tell you about INVESTING in solid technology, servers, tools, and (above all else) people to make it all work. I don’t claim to be an expert, but I’ve got a few ideas and they seem to be working. I’ve got a few gut feelings, revved up from a handful of real-world experiences, stumbles, crashes and burns, scabs, scars and painful reactions.

I started this cooperative-blog. I’m hosting it. I’m administrating it. Check the domain records. That’s me. And the idea is to have a group of people benefiting from each other’s knowledge. Useful? I hope so. Check back often for what we (amature knowledgeticians) have to write about. Maybe you’ll have something to help shape where we’re going. I can’t tell you about what my fellow bloggers are going to write (or how often they’ll put finger to key) but I’ll push ‘em to provide content. We’re all busy people making our way as best we can in this funny little city. That said, my efforts are going to focus on a rule/explanation style entry: I’ll make up (borrow, beg, steal) a general rule about some aspect of BUSINESS success — and then I’ll try and explain it as best I can. You, my dear reader, play along, prod, poke, and let me know what you think. It’s all just opinion after all. Take it or leave it.
